Problem
Enterprises wanted Private AI on NVIDIA DGX but had to stitch the stack together themselves — compute, fabric, colocation, managed services. The market treated it as a procurement and colo problem, not a category.
Approach
Authored a two-page concept defining positioning, target customers, reference architecture, and why Equinix uniquely. Pre-wired with NVIDIA's alliance team before the executive QBR. Aligned internally with the CBO, product, and operations on SLAs and a joint commercial model.
Result
Concept to GA in six months with a joint NVIDIA-Equinix press release. Block/Square as marquee customer. $2B pipeline across the AI Ready Data Center and Solutions Portfolio launch.
